I got crystal clear about what matters most. I vowed to stop chasing happiness, ‘the good life,' and peace. And instead, use my recovery time to create it.  

I'd come a long way in the 15 years before…from battling infertility and unhappily married, to struggling as an in debt, divorced mom of 1…and then finally having life on track. I'd dug out of debt working as a corporate strategy consultant, met & married a wonderful man and was fortunate that IVF gave me another daughter.

I started 2020 grateful for my life, yet was stressed out all the time. My stress brought on anxiety, an ulcer & resulted in me neglecting my health and nearly dying.

After my vow, I used science to shape my outlook & systems. The results? Richer relationships, boosted energy & productivity, plus dramatically improved fulfillment and happiness levels.
