I’m Elizabeth.

I’m a happy mom of two wonderful girls, a wife to a fantastic, quiet yet wickedly funny man, a sister to two and friend to many. I took a path far different than what I thought would be the best route to a life I love, and along the way I let stress and hectic life get the best of me way too often.

I’m proud to say that after a serious life wake up call (read more about it here), I was FINALLY able to truly prioritize the things science tells us affect long term fulfillment and happiness. My anxiety is at an all time low and my life feels full of purpose, laughter and joy.

Now I am so lucky to be able to help other moms find their best path!

My Mission

To help moms focus on true priorities like strengthening relationships, and developing their passions and purpose by simplifying everyday life, and creating custom systems so that they feel more ease+energy™ and happiness daily.

    My Method

    The Happy Mom Life Lab method combines scientific findings, evidence based practices and proven solutions so that Moms can fill their lives with purpose and joy instead of endlessly chasing after tasks on a to-do list and filling their calendars (instead of their hearts).

    We start by breaking up with busy, cutting stress, and once life is more spacious and calm, moms are able to focus on true priorities like their family, themselves and things that directly affect long term happiness.
